When a restaurant is known for something I like to give it a try. A signature dish can tell a lot about the rest of the menu. II Pizzaiolo’s in Mt. Lebanon is known for its brick oven pizza so naturally I got a pizza. – Mt. Lebanon When Mandy and myself found ourselves in Mt. Lebanon with about an hour to kill before reaching our intended destination, we decided to eat, of course! Il Pizzaiolo is a quaint gem of Mt. Lebanon specializing in fresh made pizzas and pastas. I also hear there is a fantastic wine bar in the back, but during our visit it was booked for a private party. Definitely need to stop back and try it out sometime.
