Wigle Whiskey Labeling Parties
On Tuesdays starting at 6 pm, Wigle Whiskey holds its weekly labeling parties (which also happens on Sunday mornings at 9:30 am) in the Strip District distillery. Gather a friend, co-worker, first-date, or just show up by yourself to an evening filled with cocktails, conversation, and snacks. The idea for labeling parties was born out of necessity three years ago, as the distillery has no labeling machine. Co-owners Alex Grelli, Meredith Grelli, and Eric Meyer, came up with the idea and it was truly “love at first labeling party” because it’s filled with great people and good fun, says Mary Ellen Meyer, distillery mom and labeling party hostess with the mostest. During a labeling party, expect to be put to work labeling bottles. But, you will be graciously rewarded with two complimentary cocktails and snacks. If bottling a new release during the party, guests have the opportunity to buy a bottle ahead of the official public release. Tickets are free and can be purchased online at: wiglewhiskey.com.
