A-MAZ-ING (I wish I had a plate of them right now!) These rolls come in four flavors: Pepperoni (pepperoni and mozzarella cheese), Spinach (a secret recipe of spinach and cheese), Italian Rolls (pepperoni, capicola, salami, and mozzarella cheese), and Chicken Bacon Cheddar (what the name suggests, chicken, bacon, and cheddar cheese). Dear Brighton Hot Dog Shoppe: You are one of the greatest places on Earth! And also probably one of the last meals I would devour if I ever decided to go on a diet for more than a day (or go to jail- never happening!) Sarah and I, both hailing from the Beav (Beaver County) have been hearing so many great things from friends about Waffles INCaffeinated. We finally made the trek to New Brighton on Sunday.
