We hope you do because if you tell us your favorite veggie below, you will be entered to win two tickets to this year’s A Taste of Grow Pittsburgh on Sunday, September 16, 2012, from 2 – 5 pm at Pittsburgh Center for the Arts!!! (Each ticket is valued at $75).
A Taste of Grow Pittsburgh is Grow Pittsburgh’s annual fundraiser. In its third year, the event highlights local chefs and restaurants who use organic produce from Grow Pittsburgh’s urban farming efforts or who have hosted a Grow Pittsburgh fundraiser event this past year.
Featured restaurants include: Avenue B, Habitat, Salt of the Earth, The Porch at Schenley, E2, Abay, Alma, East End Food Co-op, Legume, Square Cafe, Root 174, Bar Marco, La Prima Espresso, Casbah, and Whole Foods. Engine House 25 will be providing wine and local and organic brews will be available.
YUM.
To enter to win the pair of tickets, leave a comment below naming your favorite vegetable. You have until 11:59 pm EST on Tuesday, September 11, 2012, to enter. We will draw a winner using random.org on Wednesday, September 12, 2012, and announce the winner on the blog.
