Win Party at the Pier Tickets!
We are giving away a pair of tickets to Riverlife’s Party at the Pier on September 7, 2012, at the North Shore Riverfront Amphitheater at Rivers Casino. (Tickets are worth $125 each).
This year’s theme is Neon and Nature, so you are gonna want to get your best neon cocktail gear ready if you win the tickets. At the party, you can sip on the signature neon cocktail, called the Neon Sunset (Boyd & Blair Vodka, Cointreau, fresh squeezed lemon and lime juices, pineapple juice, and cotton candy garnish), as well as dine on locally-sourced dishes, including:
Coconut shrimp sliders with mango habanero chutney and micro fennel,
Yellow, red, and white gazpacho shooters,
Grilled corn with chipotle mayo, cojita cheese, and lime zest,
Seared lamb loin with braised white beans, bacon, golden raisins, pinenuts, and mint,
And much more!

Hopefully this isn’t a stretch…but I’m loving on neon green and to me that means avocados. I’m obsessed with any recipe that includes this superfood. Nature truly produces the best colors, and this green fruit outshines any processed neon food. So tasty!
