I am drooling at the thought of these sandwiches. I want to try the “surprise TBA” sandwich at El Burro, because I love surprises and I also love the taste of TBA, especially when it’s served with jalapenos and sour cream. The name El Burro implies something (e.g., a donkey) that is bigger than un Burrito, so maybe this prospectively delicious TBAwich is a burrito-like sandwich that’s larger than most burritos. Needless to say, I’m excited about that. I’d like to eat this enormous “sandurrito” with the exalted ladies of EatPGH. I’ll bring extra hot sauce.

I think the mystery sandwich from El Burro has the most intrigue. Maybe it will even be CALLED the “TBA” and can have turkey, bacon, and avocado. That would spectacular.
