Brunch at Paris 66
This afternoon, Mandy and I had Le Brunch at Paris 66. And, let me just tell you this is our new FAVORITE spot in the city. Absolute FAVORITE.
This quaint little bistro a few doors down from Kelly’s is definitely a bit of authentic Paris in the ‘Burgh. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with freshly baked croissants and palmiers, piled high atop a petite bakery case.
We recommend you take advantage of the covered, outdoor deck in the back; a great spot to feel the warm summer breeze and enjoy your food.
Oh la la, the food!
For Le Brunch, we ordered the following:
Cafe au lait pour moi:
Et, the Quiche du Jour, which included goat cheese and zucchini, and I just had to get a side Croissant with Preserves. Let me just tell you really quickly about these preserves. They are so good, I tried to get some to go, but was told they didn’t have a small enough container to allow me to take some with me. Please sell this stuff Paris 66. I’ll be back for some
Pour mon amie Mandy, the Paris 66 Brunch:
Which included a cream filled sweet crêpe with a mixed berry preserve, Eggs provençale, Pain au Chocolat (chocolate croissant) and coffee. Basically, everything you want on the menu in one order.
Next time you find yourself in the East End and have a hunger pain, Paris 66 will not disappoint. It has become our favorite spot after today. We’ll be back soon, Paris 66! You make us feel all “oh, la la” inside.
