Last night, I went to Jergel’s. With a menu that looked delicious online and Bon Jovi/Journey cover band aka Bon-Journey set to play the night, I was extremely stoked to eat Chicken and Waffles and sing Livin’ On A Prayer at the top of my lungs. We had the extreme pleasure of cooking in the pastry kitchen at the Fairmont last summer. It was by far one of the best experiences we’ve been awarded through the blog. So we’d like to think that experience was part of the reason Habitat, inside the Fairmont, is offering a Monthly Cooking Series. A girl can dream right?
