Gearing up for Cinco de Mayo? Gran Agave should be on your list.

For years now, my favorite restaurant ever has been Cozumel in Greensburg. Their chips are magnificent and the quesadillas bring joy filled tears to my eyes. When I got the news that Gran Agave moved in to the Waterfront, and that it was part of the Cozumel family, my heart swelled, as if being filled with delicious salsa!

My menu staples include the chicken burrito, the chicken “super quesadilla,” and vegetarian number 3 (which includes a bean burrito, a quesadilla and rice). Meals always come with a free basket of chips – which, as mentioned above, are the best in all of the land.

Gran Agave isn’t fancy, and you aren’t going to have some sort of culinary revelation eating there, but the simplicity is what makes it great. It is no fuss, no frills, good Mexican food.
