Win Tickets to Brufest 2010
Like our new digs? I sure do. What’s a better way to celebrate our new website make-over than with a giveaway? Especially one that is near and dear to my heart because it involves beers. Actually it’s a whole festival devoted to beers: it’s Brüfest 2010! Yay!
eatPGH and the Pittsburgh Ruby Club are proud to give away 2 tickets to Brüfest 2010 on December 3 to you, YES YOU, dear reader!
All you have to do is leave a comment telling us what kind of beer you would be and why (we encourage you to be creative)! Please include your name and email address.
The contest ends FRIDAY, OCTOBER 22. The winner will be contacted through email.
GOOD LUCK!

I would definitely be Furthermore’s Fatty Boombalatty, because a) it makes a bit of fun at itself, b) it’s unique and c) it’s frakkin awesome!
I would be Blue Moon because it is blonde and sweet (like, uh, me? yes, let’s go with that). Plus, it comes with a piece of fruit floating in it, which is a party right there.
But really, I like all beer. #beer #beer #beer
I would be a Flanders red ale – sharp, fruity and intriguing with a sour finish. Also hard to find.
A perfectly pulled pint of Guinness…tall, dark, and noble. The perfect foil to my short, pasty, and ignoble.
I would be a Dogfish Head Punkin Ale… spicy, dark, and loving fall
If I were a beer, I would be a raspberry wheat microbrew. Here’s why: who doesn’t love a beer with a hint of fruity flavor? Also, how fun is it to try a beer that has been locally/regionally brewed, or brewed by someone you know? So many reasons to love this beer.
A Saranac Pomegranate Wheat….it’s brewed near my alma mater (Syracuse), it’s similar to my name (Sarah) and it’s arrival means summer has arrived after a long winter of dark beers. This is the perfect light, slightly fruity beer to go along with cookouts and cornhole.
I’d be Woolaver’s Will Stevens’ Pumpkin Ale. So scrumptious!
Currently I am feeling very Southern Tier Pumking. Spicy and festive.
I didnt know where to find this info then kbaoom it was here.
Great Divide Belgica, its sweet and hoppy and fantastic! Its way cooler than me, but its awesome
I’m liking Church Brew Works mole stout at the moment, spicy and beer-y!
I’m a big fan of beer, but I would like to think I would be Framboise Lambic because I don’t come cheap and can be a bit fruity
The drunken pumpkin with the cinnamon sugar rim… a bit bold, a bit sweet, and ready for Halloween!
I would be Pork Slap Pale Ale! I am this beer because I am apparently a big ham according to my friends and it is just a hilarious name. You have to be pretty bold and crazy to drink a beer called Pork Slap and that is me! I wish my nickname were Pork Slap! It is also pretty tasty and has a sort of gingery tastes in it. Check out the great can for this beer on their website. http://www.butternutsbeerandale.com/
Seadog blueberry wheat. Because it has a lot of hidden flavor. Wheat is the perfect vehicle for fruit. Both the wheat and the blueberry stand on their own but they also blend to make something better than the individual component parts. Its also a micro brew often overshadowed by its Maine neighbor Bar Harbor Blueberry, but in actual taste it is the far superior brew. And its my favorite beer.
I would be 21st Amendment Brew Free or Die IPA because I like to speak my mind, regardless sometimes of what comes out of my mouth!
YOU ARE THE WINNER! Yay!

I admit, I have not been on this webpage in a long time… however it was another joy to see It is such an important topic and ignored by so many, even professionals. I thank you to help making people more aware of possible issues.Great stuff as usual.
What’s better than rugby and beer? I can’t think of anything. We plan on drinking heavily and starting off a bunch of drunken chants.
