Peanut Butter Cookies
Quick… what’s something a foodie wants to do when she’s stuck at home last week thanks to all the crazy snow that was dumped upon Pittsburgh? That’s RIGHT… she’s gonna bake! I made peanut butter cookies!
I’m not a huge fan of rolling them in sugar before I bake them, but I did want a little extra sweetness, so I just sprinkled some on top right before they went into the oven.
I adapted the recipe from fellow foodie, Brown Eyed Baker!
Did anyone bake up a storm during the storm last week?

Oh gosh…I sure did! I made a chocolate cake with vanilla icing, plus chocolate chip cookies, sugar cookies and a loaf of bread. And after seeing those cinnamon rolls I am tempted to keep on going…
I too hit the baking! I made a great coconut banana bread with lime glaze (ala Cooking Light) and a Texas Sheet Cake (ala Pioneer Woman) which was a first and super delicious (and unhealthy!)
